Taj Mahal Classic look

Hello Art lovers,

I was just wondering how beautiful and classic TAJ MAHAL used to appear in its early days when the humans were not having so many technologically advanced cameras or any photo-sharing websites like we have these days.

Then I decided why not to convert the picture of TAJ MAHAL into a perfect classic looking preserved picture.

This great monument, a classic example of Mughal Architecture is often symbolized as the Greatest piece of Love in the Human history. Taj Mahal was built in the year 1648 by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife Mumtaz Mahal, and hence the name.

Now I can feel a bit satisfied that what if I was not born in that era, at-least I am able to see the classic look of Taj Mahal. :)

P.S. of course with the use of  photo editing software "Photoshop".

Carve text into a stonewall

Hi friends,
A little gap in posting photoshop work here as I was a bit busy practicing 3D organic modeling in Maya.
But better late than never.Today I tried to carve text into a stonewall by playing around with various options of "Bevel and Emboss" along-with "Drop Shadow" options in Adobe photoshop.

At the end I also tweaked some options by playing around with lighting effects (Filter > Render > Lighting Effects). Hope you like the final output of carving text into a stonewall! Please drop your precious comments or suggestions.

Gillete Mach 3 in 3D

Few days back, I modeled the 3D version of very nice razor which I have always appreciated. The name of this razor doesn't need much introduction. The brand is Gillette and product model is MACH 3.

This product is modeled in 3D software MAYA and render is in Ambient Occlusion with the help of Mental ray plug-in. The reason for not texturing this 3D model was lack of graphic card. As soon as I have good configuration system, I will post textured version of each and every file.

Background removal in Photoshop

Look at the clear sky in the background. The original image had few clouds in the sky. So I thought why not remove those unwanted clouds, dusts from background as well as between the leaves and branches with a serene clear sky. It has been edited in Adobe photoshop.

Here is the original scene. That will help to distinguish between the two.
Hope you enjoy the difference between the two images.

Leaf with water drops : made in photoshop

Here is a leaf with few water drops over its surface. But there is a catch, those water droplets are fake. It means they have been made after the picture of the leaf was clicked. I have made those water droplets in Adobe photoshop by playing around with some of the properties like inner shadow, drop shadow and of-course the liquify tool from filter option. I can hope that it looks natural to you guys as well.

Here is the unedited version of this image without water droplets.

Until next,
